Rules and Regulations

Do not call the arena for reservations or you will be charged a rental fee.
Not available on High School Game nights.
No scheduling rooms by coaches
Room MUST be cleaned (including vacuumed) when finished.
Rooms will be locked you must find a rink attendant to let you in and you must notify them when you are finished so they can lock the room or you will be held responsible for any damage done to the room after your leave.
Tell the rink attendant about full garbage’s.
The room is free for WYHA to use as long as we follow these few rules. Because the rooms are free you are responsible to set up your own room and return the tables and chairs to where they came when you are finished.

Food/Beverages
Because of the abuse of the rooms have taken over the past several years, there has been a slight change to the procedure for allowing food and/or beverages in the rooms:

No food or beverages allowed without a $100.00 deposit (payable to PI) which will be returned to you provided the room is left in an acceptable condition.
Your deposit must accompany this form in order to use the room.
Should you or anyone on your team show up with food and it is not marked as such on your reservations you will not be allowed in the room or asked to leave the room.
