Coaches to Register with USA Hockey:

Beginning this season all WYHA Coaches will have to register with USA Hockey just like the players.  Begin your registration process here: USA Hockey Registration 

Save your USA Hockey registration confirmation page and submit it along with the completed MN Hockey Screen and Consent Form Page 1 and Page 2 to the Registration Box in the Plymouth Ice Center.

The coaches CEP card must also be up to date and on file.  The printed and signed name on the back of the CEP card must be visible on the submitted copies, so make sure they are signed before you make copies.
