• Coaches Database:
  Click here to view.  This is what WYHA has on file for each coach. If your CEP card has been recertified or upgraded, a NEW copy of the front/back of the card needs to be submitted to the WYHA Registration Box in Plymouth Ice Center.  Contact the Registration Team at registrar@wayzatahockey.org with any questions regarding your information.  

• IMPORTANT:  Each Season ALL COACHES must fill out the MN Hockey Screen and Consent (background check) form prior to being allowed on the ice.  This includes any fall clinics.  Click on page1 and page2 to get the form.  Print, complete and submit them to the "Registration" box inside rink A at Plymouth Ice Center.  [The MN Hockey Screen and Consent form is also required of ALLTeam Managers.]  More information regarding this form can be found here at the MN Hockey website.

• COACHING EDUCATION PROGRAM (CEP) for New and Returning WYHA Coaches
   All youth hockey coaches in Minnesota and the rest of the country are required to attend a series of clinics before they are eligible to coach.  The clinics are designed to help coaches provide curriculum and teaching techniques to insure the proper development of their players.                                                                                                                      
• WYHA strongly recommends that coaches complete ALL needed CEP classes by December 1st.  Photocopies of new or upgraded CEP cards, front and back, need to be turned into the Registration Box within Rink A at PIC.  Confirmation of what WYHA has on file for each coach can be found in the Coaches Database.
