Announcements:

All WYHA Coaches will have to register with USA Hockey just like the players.  Begin your registration process here: USA Hockey Registration 

Save your USA Hockey registration confirmation page and submit it along with the completed MN Hockey Screen and Consent Form Page 1 and Page 2 to the Registration Box in the Plymouth Ice Center.

Coaches CEP Database:

Click HERE to view. This is what WYHA has on file for each coach (to be updated soon). Please note that your name AND signature must be legibly written on the back of the card.  If your CEP card has been recertified or upgraded, a NEW copy of the front/back of the card needs to be submitted to the WYHA Registration Box in Plymouth Ice Center. Contact the Registration Team at registrar@wayzatahockey.org with any questions regarding your information.

ALL CEP certifications, upgrades, etc., need to be submitted to the Registration Box no later than Dec 15th.

The coaches CEP card must also be up to date and on file.  The printed and signed name on the back of the CEP card must be visible on the submitted copies, so make sure they are signed before you make copies.
