Welcome to our 2023-24 Wayzata Tournaments

Managers, after you have registered your team, below is a list of the steps you will need to complete for your team to participate in one of our Wayzata Tournaments.

Tournament Dates:

Sniper Classic - Nov 9-12, 2023 - Bantam B2 & C, PeeWee B2 & C (Note - out of town teams will not play Thursday)

Fire On Ice - Dec 1-3, 2023 - Squirt B2 & C

Freeze - Jan 5-7, 2024 - Squirt B1 & B2

JGA High School Invitational - Jan 12-14, 2024 - Junior Gold A

Junior Gold Classic - Jan 19-21, 2024 - Junior Gold B & Junior Gold 16

STEP 1 - Manager Information Submission

Managers, we need accurate contact information for your team so we may communicate pertinant tournament details. Please submit the following information to tourneydirector@wayzatahockey.org

STEP 2 - Submit your team's Certified USA Hockey Roster LINK

MN Hockey has gone to an online version for the Certified Roster.

Please send us the link to your team's Certified USA Hockey Roster by emailing the link to tourneydirector@wayzatahockey.org.

PDF's will not be accepted.

In your email subject line, PLEASE INCLUDE - Tournament Name(ie. Fire on Ice) - Level of Play(ie. Squirt B2) - Team Name(ie. Wayzata PW B2 Blue) - Roster

STEP 3 - Submit Your T-Shirt Order - Sniper, Fire on Ice, Freeze Tournaments

Each player received a FREE T-shirt as their tournament gift. We need you to collect sizes for each of your players and then submit your order. Managers are responsible for going to the T-shirt ordering link below and submitting ONE team order (do not have families submit one order per player) with the number of shirts of each size you need. Sizes are located on the ordering link. If you are in doubt about size, go bigger. We do not order extra T-shirts; therefore, no trades are allowed. The teams' names for each of this year’s tournament will be on the back of the shirt (the picture on the order site is only a sample and therefore does not accurate team names). You will pick your packet of shirts up in the tournament office when you check in your team. Order T-shirts for players only, not coaches or managers. STEP 4 - Scoring

All scoring will be electronic using GameSheet. To facilitate roster entry into the electronic scoring environment, we will be importing your rosters and then ask you to verify your rosters and player numbers.

Please note - all of these must also be listed on your USA Hockey roster or be accompanied by an approved backup goalie form (e-BUG) (only for goalies)

Vendors: Will only be located in the lobby at PIC.

Brackets: As soon as blank brackets are available, they will be posted for each tournament at that tournament's page on this site. Approximately 10 days before the first game, completed brackets with ice times and pairings will be posted.
