Online Registration
Registration has closed for the 08-09 season. However, Mite-level players can inquire about potential available opportunities by contacting the Registrar Team. Wayzata will host a Girls 19 & Under team for the 08-09 season. If your player is interested in playing 19U, email the Registrar Team for registration materials. NEW and RETURNING Players: Late registration requests are still being accepted. Contact the Registrar team for assistance. NOTE: All players in the family, Returning and/or New, MUST be registered at the same time when using the online process-- it is a "one time" event. Please check the FAQ's regarding the different playing levels. If you have further questions regarding the your player and online registration, contact the Registrar Team at registrar@wayzatahockey.org All new players must provide a photocopy of the players birth certificate for registration to be processed. Players must be four years old by June 30th. Refunds: Refund requests must be in writing and received prior to Dec. 1 Requests are processed after Dec. 1. MN/USA Hockey, and any Tryout fees are non-refundable. All refund requests are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
