I am unable to get my list of names of people signed up to work concessions at central middle school rink for february 14-15. I need to print off the list for sign in. I do this every week and have never had a problem. there are people listed on the reports page so I know its out there. |

There are many reports in this website. Please describe the exact steps to duplicate the problem you see.

From my earlier email, the steps are: Administration/site maintenance area/volunteer opportunities/reports/location-event report/wayzata central middle school concession/2009/2/14 and 2009/2/15. This should generate a list of the people signed up for the dates given, to man the concession stand. It is giving me a blank screen. It usually gives me my volunteers and I print it for them to sign in on. Something has eliminated all names. |

Yor report is blank because somebody changed the name of Wayzata Middle School to Wayzata Middle School Arena. I added the school back without Arena at the end. Run the report by selecting the location without Arena.
Because this was changed, you'll have to look at both locations now.
