My old PIN is not working and I have been unable to give the right e-mail address to the server. The e-mail address above should be right or it could be ryan@hegmanmachine.com they both go to the same mailbox.

You already have a Pin. Therefore, you cannot have a second new one. I updated your email address. I will generate a Pin Reminder for you.
