Hi Support Team -

You guys are awesome with your quick responses, thank you!  2 questions for you:

1) Per our request you had moved our integrated calendar to our public page, but somehow over the weekend it has switched back to the private page.  I would like for parents to be able to check the practice schedule without having to log in to do so.  Why is it now on the private page, and can you move it back to our public page?

2) I saw your reply on how to pull calendar events to Microsoft Outlook - does this mean every practice has to be added to Outlook one-by-one, or can parents just pull in the completed integrated calendar as a whole?

Sorry, but the board contrlls what appears on the secure versus public pages and the WYHA board wants calendars to be secure.  Please feel free to share your perspective directly with the board.

For Outlook, yes, events have to import one by one.  We are exploring Outlook capabilities to determine if it can import full lists of events.
