my pin # works to request volunteer times but doesn't work when I try and find out about how many hours we need.  It says that the pin # doesn't match our family name.  Last name is Erickson...my email hasn't changed.  Not sure what to do? 

I just looked up your Pin and entered it and your last name into the log in for the Family Status Report.  It popped right open.

To remedy the issue on your PC, please provide the following:

1. Type of PC
2. Operating System
3. Browser, with version

I am able to view the current volunteer opportunities but can't click on one to actually volunteer.  I need to get this fixed asap as I want to volunteer for Mite Madness and don't want the volunteer hours gone as I need to do 8 hours!  Help!!  My email pin # is 248..thanks!

That is not your Pin.  The primary email address in your family record is Mike@conveyorconceptsinc.com.  I will generate a Pin Reminder for you.  As you log in using the correct pin you will be able to click on volunteer links.
