Need a Pin Number?:

Each family will be assigned one Pin Number that they will use for as many years as they have players playing for the WYHA. Once you have requested a Pin Number, and one has been assigned, you cannot be assigned another number. If you have previously been assigned a Pin Number, and have forgotten that number, Click Here to have your Pin Number emailed to you. If you still need a Pin Number, and one has not yet been assigned to your family, Click Here and complete the form to request a Pin Number. After submitting the form, you will receive your pin number within 24 hours via email. Please note that you must have an email address to submit a Pin Number.

To Volunteer for a Tournament or Scheduled Event
(see Online Time Sheet entry in next section below):

1. Select the desired Tournament or Event from the drop-down box.
2. Enter your Family Last name and your Pin Number.
3. Click the Request Opportunities button. This displays all posted volunteer positions for the selected tournament.
4. Find the position, date and time for which you want to volunteer. Click on Volunteer?.
5. Adjust your name if required and click on Submit Request.
6. Please go to your family record to confirm you hav received the opportunity to have requested
7. You will receive a confirming email that will contain the details of the opportunity you are now committed to however, you should always confirm the opportunity is listed on your family record for final confirmation.
