We are adding a 15UB and 12UA Tournament this season!!!
Waitlist
To be waitlisted for a tournament, please email the tournaments team with the following information:
- Association Name
- Team Name
- Team Level (ex. - Squirt B2)
- Tournament you want to be waitlisted for

Payment Information & Cancellation Policy
At the time of registration for any Wayzata Tournament, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive this confirmation, please contact the Tournaments team immediately. Full payment according to the chart below is due within 21 days of registration. Tournament participation is not final or confirmed until the full registration fee has been received. Confirmed teams will be listed on the tab for that specific tournament. Any team that withdraws from a tournament will forfeit their deposit unless their spot in the tournament is filled by a replacement team. Please contact the tournaments team if you have questions regarding this policy.

Vendors
If you are interesting in becoming a vendor for a Wayzata tournament, please send an email detailing your products to the Tournament Team. Your request will be forwarded to the Vendor Selection Team for review.
2023-24 Tournament Hotel Partners
Courtyard Minneapolis West, Hilton Garden Inn in Maple Grove, Minneapolis Marriott Southwest, and Minneapolis Marriott West are Wayzata Youth Hockey Association's strategic tournament hotel partners and have developed special rates and accommodations for visiting hockey teams.
After you have completed your tournament registration, please book rooms for your team at these hotels. Wayzata hosted tournaments are Stay-To-Play for participants that are outside of a 1.5 hour radius of Plymouth Ice Center. A portion of each booked room rate directly supports Wayzata Youth Hockey Association.
