REGISTRATION INFORMATION
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, player intentions and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. Following this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Wayzata Youth Hockey.
To be eligible for a full refund, email notice of cancellation must be received within 25 days of registration. Refund requests after that forfeit the merchant charges paid to the credit card company. There are NO REFUNDS 1 weeks prior to clinic start date unless clinics are full and a replacement can be found.

Apply to be a WYHA coach
All WYHA coaches will be required to register as a coach before being allowed on the ice for the 2023-24 season.
WYHA expects all players and parents/guardians associated with WYHA to be aware of and fully abide by the Code of Conduct for Players, Code of Conduct for Parents/Guardians, and Inclusion & Diversity Statement and Expectations. Agreeing to these codes and expectations are part of the registration process and all registered players have agreed to understand and follow these expectations. Consequences as outlined in the codes will be enforced.
