CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PLAYERS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Agreeing to the WYHA Player & Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct is part of the registration process, therefore any player and parent/guardian of a WYHA player agrees to the Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct and/or SafeSport Issue Reporting Form
Any Code of Conduct and/or SafeSport issue can be reported via the form below. The form will route to the WYHA President, VP of Administration, VP of Travel, and VP of Girls Travel.
Level Coordinator Contacts
Level Coordinators are the point of contact for questions, concerns, or feedback at your player’s level. They serve as the main link between families, coaches, and the association—helping with communication, schedules, and any Code of Conduct, SafeSport, or injury reporting. If you have a concern, please reach out to your Level Coordinator first, and they’ll either address it directly or connect with the Board when needed.
