Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Wayzata Sniper Classic
Thank you for registering for our tournament. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to accommodate your needs while maintaining a fair and efficient process for all participants. Full Refund Deadline: Participants may withdraw from the tournament without any penalty if they notify the association in writing at least 7 days after the registration date. To qualify for a full refund, the withdrawal request must be received within this period. Partial Refund Conditions: If you withdraw from the tournament after the 7-day grace period but more than 60 days before the tournament start date, you will be eligible for a refund minus a $500 administrative fee. This partial refund is contingent upon the association finding a replacement team that registers and pays the full registration fee. No Refund Window: No refunds will be issued for any withdrawal requests received within 60 days of the tournament start date. We recommend that participants consider this policy when registering for the tournament. Additional Information: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to tourneydirector@wayzatahockey.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the replacement team completing their registration and payment. The administrative fee covers processing and operational costs incurred by the association up to the point of withdrawal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Clinics
You can request a refund up until one week before the clinics first date, however, you forfeit the merchant charges (2% + $1 for ACH and 4% +$1 for Credit Card).
