Code of Conduct

Agreeing to the WYHA Player & Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct is part of the registration process for each player and their parents/guardians. All players and parents/guardians are expected to know the code of conduct. If necessary, please reference this document for managing problems or concerns that arise. Thank you.

At WYHA we are committed to cultivating an environment where diverse backgrounds and experiences are welcome. We support all teammates, coaches, fans, officials, facilities workers, volunteers and opponents who provide their time and effort to make hockey possible. We believe all our interactions should be safe and inclusive of all walks of life regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation or social-economic status.

The following form exists as a means to share Code of Conduct or Inclusion & Diversity concerns, should you feel the need to escalate an issue. It will route to a committee within the Board of Directors who will follow-up with you.
