Registration for the 2026-2027 Wayzata Youth Hockey Association season is now open! Families can register here:
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
Before beginning your WYHA registration, you must first register your player with USA Hockey for the current season. A valid, current-season USA Hockey Registration Number is required to complete your WYHA registration.
Please complete your USA Hockey registration first and have your player's USA Hockey Registration Number readily available before starting the WYHA registration process. You will be asked to enter this number during registration, and you will not be able to proceed without it.

NEW: TRAVEL ASSESSMENT FEE PROCESS
Beginning this season, Travel and Junior Gold assessment fees will be collected directly through Crossbar rather than through team Treasurers.
Families may choose to:
Pay assessment fee in full during registration, or
Select an installment plan with automatic payments.
Please ensure the credit card saved in your WYHA Crossbar account remains current throughout the season to avoid declined payment fees. Installment payments will occur on or around the 18th of November, December, January, and February.
REGISTER EARLY & WIN!
Register your player by 11:59 PM on August 1 and you'll automatically be entered into a random drawing for one of three $100 Lettermen Sports gift cards!
Don't forget—the Early Bird registration discount of $50 per player remains available through August 23.
TRAVEL TRYOUTS
Travel tryout dates and times are posted on the WYHA website. Families are encouraged to review the schedule and plan accordingly.

If you plan to serve as a coach or LRM this season, please complete your registration early so required certifications and background checks can be processed before the season begins.
IMPORTANT CHANGE: MOUTH GUARD TETHERS
Beginning this season mouth guards are required to be tethered to the helmet for all Travel and Jr. Gold players (per Minnesota Hockey). WYHA requires mouth guards for Mites.
WYHA sponsor, Kottemann Orthodontics will be providing mouth guards with tethers for those that participate in their clinic.
